As it’s destined to match its meaning, ‘medicine’, Ubud is there to heal and to refresh your mind, body, and soul. Starting a day with an hour of blissful yoga session by the jungle deck will give flushed beam to your face. Try to activate those stiff muscles by trekking the paddy fields and approach sunrise along the way. Releasing endorphins checked.
